Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as we govern your use of our services and bookings.

A ‘Customer’ refers to any individual(s) listed on the booking form intending to avail of our services. A ‘Product’ denotes any service offered by travteler.com. All customers are assumed to have understood and agreed to our booking conditions. To secure a booking, it is imperative to settle all due payments in full. A binding contract between the customer and travteler.com is established once we acknowledge the booking through written or electronic confirmation and issue a confirmation receipt. The individual completing the booking form or executing the payment affirms that they are authorized to act on behalf of everyone named on the form, ensuring that all parties are informed and compliant with these terms and conditions. This contract is governed by Indian law and falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts. No representative or employee of travteler.com is permitted to modify or disregard any of these terms and conditions or assume any liability on behalf of travteler.com unless explicitly authorized in writing by travteler.com management. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion without any obligation to provide a detailed explanation.

A reservation is deemed confirmed upon receipt of full payment at the time of booking. A confirmation notification will be dispatched to the customer’s registered email address within 24 hours of payment receipt. It is important to note that certain airfares and land services require immediate full payment at booking, subject to a 100% cancellation fee. You will be informed of such conditions during booking.

While we strive to honor your booking requests, please understand that your arrangements are not finalized until you receive our formal confirmation. travteler.com retains the right to amend prices due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to governmental actions, transportation cost hikes, changes in dues, taxes, or fees, and fluctuations in hotel rates. Prices listed are subject to seasonal adjustments and may vary slightly due to unforeseen factors. Payments are accepted through bank transfers, Visa, MasterCard, and UPI. Please note that airfares are payable in full at booking and are non-refundable. Cancellation policies for other services are detailed in the following section. Customers are advised to retain copies of transaction records and to be aware of merchant policies and rules. It is the customer’s responsibility to safeguard their account confidentiality.

In the event that a customer decides to cancel their bookings, travteler.com must be promptly notified by the lead passenger through a formal communication via their registered email. The cancellation request will be processed from the date of receipt of such communication.

Kindly provide the rationale behind the cancellation. Any potential refund will be determined in accordance with the cancellation policy detailed in the accompanying table, taking into consideration deductions like the primary trip expenses, visa expenses, insurance expenditures, and any other costs that travteler.com may have incurred while handling the reservation. Refunds will be issued via the initial payment method used for the booking.

Upon issuance of the travel vouchers, the aforementioned refund policy becomes null and void, and no refunds will be granted.

  1. Once the payment is made and it is canceled within 24 hours, there will be a 25% deduction from the booking amount.
  1. If a visa cancellation and refund request occur after 24 hours of payment, a fee equivalent to 50% of our service charges will be retained.
  1. If a visa cancellation and refund request occur after 48 hours of payment it will be non-refundable.
Please be aware that travteler.com does not have the authority to influence the embassy’s final decision on visa approval or rejection, as this discretion solely rests with the embassy. Consequently, no refunds will be issued in the case of visa rejection. The responsibility of granting or denying visas and immigration clearances lies exclusively with the respective sovereign governments. travteler.com cannot be held accountable for any refusal, delay, or other actions or omissions related to the non-issuance of such documents, nor for any loss, expense, or damage incurred as a result. No refunds will be facilitated if an individual is unable to undertake the travel due to the aforementioned circumstances. It is important to note that all e-visa applications are non-refundable. When requesting a cancellation, kindly provide the specific reason for the cancellation. Any applicable refund will be processed after deducting pertinent fees such as the primary service fee, visa charges, insurance fees, and any other expenses travteler.com has incurred in managing the booking.
SERVICECANCELLATION CHARGES
Hotel Voucher BookingHotel voucher issuance fees are allocated for real-time hotel bookings necessary for the Visa process. In every situation, these fees will be non-refundable.
Flight Voucher BookingFlight voucher issuance fees are designated for flight bookings as part of the Visa process. The fee will be non-refundable.
Travel Insurance BookingTravel Insurance fees become non-refundable once the insurance is issued. In all other scenarios, the amount will be provided as a credit, allowing customers to access other services available through travteler.com.

Travteler.com retains the authority to cancel or modify any confirmed bookings under any circumstances. However, we will not cancel any guaranteed departure product except in rare cases of unforeseeable circumstances, which encompasses events such as war, civil unrest, terrorist activities, natural or nuclear disasters, unfavorable weather conditions, flight cancellations, or any other situations beyond travteler.com’s control. In the event of a cancellation or alteration due to such extraordinary circumstances, travteler.com is not obligated to offer compensation or refunds to the customer.

If travteler.com is unable to fulfill the booked tour for reasons other than those specified above, we will refund the amount paid by the customer according to the product’s cancellation policy (excluding any paid insurance premiums and visa cost incurred.) or propose an alternative date or holiday of a similar standard. If the alternative option incurs a higher cost, the customer will be responsible for covering the difference. Customers are advised to regularly check our website for any updates, as direct communication may not always be possible. We reserve the right to make insignificant changes and correct minor or apparent errors in the booking details at any time without incurring liability. Transferring the booking to another individual or altering the departure date or tour standard is generally not permitted, especially in cases where the reason for the change is due to death, injury, serious illness, redundancy, or jury service affecting the customer or someone close to them. However, travteler.com may, considering the gravity of the situation, endeavor to resolve the issue favorably for the customer. Please note that travteler.com will not cover any fees charged by the customer’s bank during the refund process. Additionally, we reserve the right to replace confirmed hotels with others of a similar category, and hotels may close facilities for operational reasons without prior notice.

Travteler.com operates solely as a tour operator, representing suppliers, and therefore does not accept any liability for losses, damages, injuries, accidents, delays, or any irregularities that may occur. It is important to note that some of our products, especially adventure activities, entail a higher risk to personal safety compared to other holidays package. By agreeing to these booking conditions, customers acknowledge the inherent risks associated with their chosen travel and willingly assume those risks.

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that all documents they provided are genuine, accurate, and up to date. Any inaccuracies, false information, or submission of counterfeit documents may lead to visa application rejection, and the travel agency will not be held responsible for any consequences arising from such actions.

Should customers have complaints regarding any aspect of the product arrangements, it is imperative to report the issue promptly to travteler.com (admin@travteler.com) or legal representative, enabling us to address and potentially rectify the problem swiftly. We can only address issues that we are aware of, and failing to report a problem immediately may reduce or eliminate travteler.com’s obligation to offer compensation. While we will make every effort to satisfactorily resolve any complaints, travteler.com does not assume liability for any claims.

Customers must adhere to travteler.com and its suppliers’ directives during the tour. travteler.com reserves the right to exclude customers from the tour for health or behavioral reasons that could jeopardize the tour’s smooth operation. Customers must abide by the laws of the visited countries, with travteler.com holding no liability for any illegal activities undertaken by customers during the tour.
